Namosh Posted June 3, 2008 Report Share Posted June 3, 2008 Here's my box I am building for two 15" Rockford Fosgate T1's ran off a Soundstream PCA 1500d. I got the design from Pete Kulicki. Here's the truck. Here's what I was running...Just the slot ported designs off the Fosgate web-site. And here's Pete's design. He called it a bass-reflex variant. Cut pieces.... I like to slap the MDF paste around pretty thick.. Filled behind my 45's with expanding foam.....no real reason, I guess. Messed up somewhere and came up with this 1/4 mistake. Gone.... Namosh Posted June 3, 2008 Author Report Share Posted June 3, 2008 Painted ports... To know where to put screws on the last piece I put drops of glue where I wanted holes and put the top on. Then pulled it off and drilled the glue spots, put it back on and finished the pilot holes....worked good... Unfortunately, I didn't have enough carpet to cover the ends properly so I'll have to make some kind of trim pieces... Still need to finish the amp rack, make some fiberglass pods to go on top of the box for a pair of 6.5 comps for some rear fill and other little finishing touches.. Here's a little vid of what I hits on my Epic 160. I know it's not a termlab but it is all I have access to at the moment.
