  1. I'm on the website right now and I like what I see have you ever owned any Sundown products by chance?
  2. wait wait wait... please tell me thats a type 1000.4 or is it a 100.4 if its a 1000.4 for less than $300 I will be all over that thing!!
  3. you should throw in some RF IBEAMs since you don't want too loud of a system would be the perfect place for them
  4. ddmtuning.com they have bulbs for like $15 they call them replacement bulbs but I would use them for a different color IMO it will work just fine
  5. I love the all black interior! I wish GM would have offered something like that in the tahoes haha!
  6. if I would have caught this earlier I would have suggested PB Blaster I had SOOO much trouble with getting the stock torsion keys but with the combination of letting PB Blaster sit and do its job for about 20 minutes and a torch they came out no problem
  7. so much easier with no half shafts to fuck around with!! haha lookin good boss
  8. I've got the Belltech Drop II shocks in the front which are right below the street performance and they ride GREAT but that is not what is going to keep his back end from dragging, he needs the bags
  9. actually!!! I don't know why I didn't think of this when you messaged me.. I was running AirLift helper bags when I first did my drop but Justin with the stormtrooper yukon called me up and said he was resting on bump stops with all his beat so I pulled them out and let him rock them he's been running them ever since with no problems.. you can just fill them up however much you want and call it good, will support all the weight no problem http://www.suspensionconnection.com/cgi-bin/suscon/60769-tahoe-air-springs.html exactly what you need! those go inside the coils and then you run the line out to your bumper where a nozzle waits for you to fill it with air I plan on getting them soon for my tahoe because I will be tuckin tire and I don't want to be bottoming out all the time
  10. haha well I was going to make a new uninterrupted build log but I only have like 2 actual pages of build and the rest is mods to my tahoe.. this forum is car audio not tahoe modifications haha you'll see it soon
  11. sub? I think you have missed quite a bit haha! getting it all mounted up
  12. yeah he sent it out friday and I got it monday haha!! its not beefier than the t1k I love the design of it, very simple and the case feels great seem like with the t1k they added too much to it to make it feel like a bigger amp when really it has a tiny board the SAE-1200 is straight to business and it looks VERY clean, I can't wait to hear it
  13. alright thats exactly what I needed to know thanks jacob!! if I start seeing over 15v I'll just take out my MLA yeah Sundown FTW haha! I can't wait to get 2 more and hook them up
  14. true that! I'll see how it goes, I still need to get a couple feet of 1/0 before I can power it up I was thinking sundown sticker on the passenger window where your T3 one is and then a T3 sticker on the other window same spot too bad jacob doesn't send flat black stickers haha! oh and here's a picture of the amp
  15. might be a little different technology between the AQ and the Sundown but if it just goes into protect then cool but if it fry's I'll take out the MLA also need to figure out where to put my Sundown sticker
  16. yeah went to a shop today and bought some RF 4 gauge and it was too small guess I'll be getting some 1/0 will it just go into protect? or will it fry? lately when I drive the highest I will see is 14.8v so maybe when its a cold start up I'll just leave the amp off until it comes down?
  17. Just got my Sundown SAE-1200D v1 I was wondering what size inputs the power and ground were.. they look like 4 gauge but when I asked the guy that sold it to me, he said they were 1/0 Also the operating voltage is 12-15v.. I have an MLA and I some times see voltage as high as 15.6v on a cold start up but then it settles to around 14.8v Would I have to let it settle before I start slammin so I don't ruin the amp? Thanks for your help!! Can't wait to get this amp installed. Its my first Sundown
  18. tint laws state, at least in my state, that you can have as dark as you want on the back windows as long as you have 2 side mirrors consider your wall 0% tint and you are good to go
