ive never heard anything but the systems that i have had which are 2 12 type rs and 2 18 hdc3 and briefly 2 SA-8s

they look nice not sure how they will look on the car though as far as fitment look up on rimtuck.com if they dont have any mustangs on there look for others that have 20's and find the offset and tire sixe that might be why they dont fit

so why would it do that?
i have a 211 amp alt, a yellow top up front, a kinteict hc2400 in back, big 3 in 2g wire, 0g wire to batt in back and amp, 30fared in back, and im pushing 2 hifonics olympus 15".
What brand alternator? Ditch the cap.

10.3 is not good for any amp not just hifonics

people say they are power hungry because for every volt they drop below 14.4 they lose something like 10% or something

No, but I'd get another Small battery for the back or a nice one for the front
throw the biggest battery you can up front and if your volts dont stay up throw a small one in back
this you dont need an alt but definitely a battery or 2

And don't get confused when you look at the picture, where I wrote Frame, that is basically the alt case, it grounds itself to the block. And run a ground from that alt case to the battery neg. <<<<Best
Thinking about it now I should have wrote block there instead of frame, oh well...LOL
this is prolly the most help ive gotten on this site in a while... i usually get the dicks who tell me to go somewhere else and ask "noob" question or go find out for urself kinda crap
the arent being asses they are just telling you that if you did a tiny bit of searching on here you would find your answer because this is a very common question people ask and im pretty sure this topic is pinned the the battery/electrical seciton

you also want to ground the rear battery to the frame for the best results
dont u mean alt neg to engine and bat neg to chassis?
the case of your alt is the ground for it there is no reason you should attach a neg run to it unless you want to run more wire (it wont hurt anything unless you accidentally put it on the pos post)

Why a 600 under hood? Those are golf cart batteries....LOL But what has been said 2 runs, one pos and one neg.
someone on this site said i cant use my walmart battery and a kinetik at the same time so i was just thinking putting a cheap battery under the hood of the same brand
that battery is ok but im pretty sure you can use them at the same time as long as its 12v unless kinetik is different from xs power because I KNOW that you can run xs power with anything

you should always have an even number of runs + must equal - so 2 runs and you will be good
