^ yep 32-36 hz is good for daily i think but thats just my opinion
but make sure you have enough port area cuz one of my boxes i made for 4 15s had 28 sq inchs of port! and should have had like 115 sq inches
the calc said i was tuned to 28 hz but the port area was wrong and i had a little bit of port noise

what about if i dont flare the pvc so basically just a pipe....... is it an difference by ear or will i just really tell on the meter?

ok guys well im having some trouble getting the headrest out i had an 04 z71 tahoe over a year ago and my headrest had a little button on the seat where the headrest post slid in so you could just pull them right out but in this 02 tahoe (LT) the headrest WILL NOT COME OUT it doesnt have a button or anything and i have tired wedgin my foot in there and pushing it up and standing and pulling up. i also wiggled the post when pulling them up with no luck at all so how the hell am i suppose to get the head rest out of the front seats and the backseats?
ALSO THE CAR HAS TO BE DONE TODAY SOOOO FML!

i dont understand really.. So you want to build a box in the seat, but seal it from the trunk? Why not wall it off then? Or better yet just put it in the trunk? I don't understand why people put boxes in the backseat honestly other than a wall. It totally seems pointless.

i had a box for 4 12s just put in the backseat it sounds like shit.
built a box for 4 15s made it in a wall just didnt seal it off sounded like shit.
laid it flat all 4 15s facing up sealed the trunk off WAYY louder.
if you dont wanna wall it just do a BIG box make everything level and seal it off from the trunk if you dont seal it off it will sound like shit.

when i was up for 2 days srt8 installing my 4 15s and everything 2 of my friends were like why are you installing everything thats fucking stupid, you have a shop that you can take it to and they will do it for free for you. and i was like "because i like installing" and they were just bitching and then one of them started talking about his 6000 watt lanzar amp and i was like you know aq1200 for the same price and it be more power for you subs and he was like 1200 watts and 6000 watt are you retarded? and i was like thats not the rms the 1200 will do like 1300 or 1400 and he was like so my lanzar does like 8000 watts rms and i just finished with lanzar arnt what they used to be a LONG time ago.

get the newer acura.... i have a civic coupe 06 (same body style and trim level) and i would trade my car in for a new acura in a heart beat

what does it take for a system to make you say wow besides it being loud?
like for me its SUPER clean installs or doing big systems like 10+ subs or when u listen to a system everything is clear the front stage is on point and its not bein over powered.

just do a base layer and if u still have rattles cover those spots until they go away

yea i have power windows and locks but i cant fit in it the trunk hole thr hole is 35 1/2 inches wide at max and my box is 38 inches wide lol so thats out of the question

i would do sub back port back UNLESS you wanted to do sub forward port thru the rear deck and sealed off from the trunk
