i was thinking about taking the door off but im scared it wont line up right again:(

ok im in a hurry to get this build done and i want it done by morning. i have the box built and everything but i fucked up and i measured the door frame of my car and didnt even think about my door not opening that much so basically i cant fit the box in the car with the door on. i have tired and tired and tired and have failed the box is way to big to fit in the trunk hole opening but it will slide in on the cabin side cuz my rear seats fold down i measured it a bunch of times just to make sure
so should i take off my door or just dis assemble the box and re build it when i get it inside the car? i need answer and thoughts fast

yea it was nuts on the inside we took off the panels to see how the hell the back hatch would hold that and it a shit ton of welded tubing holding it up i might have some pictures somewhere i can upload ill have to look!
but seriously riding in that and riding in a regular escalade feels a 1000x different lol.......also the doors are to were heavy as fuck on the inside it had a button that popped open the door lol
when the doors closed it just seemed to lock you in the car it was like having 50 sheets of second skin and listening to it shut lol

seriously your whole cabin would have to be rebuilt....... and the doors on the inside would have to be widen like 8 or 9 inches...... it not worth it, the average cost to have it done is around 50k...... my dad looked into to replacing a Cadillac window that someone had bulletproofed and it was gonna cost around 8k iirc to replace a window that was already put in before.

OP, if they want to steal your shit, they will hook up a tow truck and take that shit... plain and simple...
my dad was quoted 54k to do a WHOLE escalade and it was either 7 or 8k to replace the back windshield with 8 inch thick glass... this was bout 4 or 5 years ago, we were gonna have to take it to some place in chicago to get it done.

well i measured out everything again today and i can fit 3 batts in the spare tire well, and the box be 10.57 cubes(after displacements) tuned to 33-34 hz but im really scared its gonna sound shitty with the port on the rear deck! ....also after hearin sub firing forward in this car im scared that its not gonna be louder then my 4 12s in a sealed box and that would really be disappointing
also i personally talked to ed on the phone and he said 10.5 is perfect for 4 t3 t600 15s.

i dont download "songs" i download torrent if i like an artist i download ever song they ever produced... and some they didnt if you think of a song i probably have it
how would i do that, and where i have utorrent so should i just type in the artist name and download all their songs lol

Synopsis
Reality T.V. Show
David strives to become a Goliath of the custom car world. Setting out to prove his skills, our young star must first complete his project car before traveling from city to city to battle against the giants of custom car audio competition.
We start off in the humble garage of Edward Lester (myself, 30)
Documenting the fabrication and install of his latest custom car creation. Focusing on one of the world’s most powerful audio systems, this is the build Edward has dreamt about, the one that he will try and set himself among the elite builders in his field. Pushing to complete it for the big car show and unveil his creation to the world.
Once Edward’s project is completed, he sets out on a journey to prove it’s worth. We shall follow Ed on his roadside adventures as he travels across the country in search of the biggest and baddest cars to battle with. Ed takes us inside the shops of the elite builders he crosses paths with, showcasing their most prized custom cars and most powerful audio systems.
We get acquainted with the fellow builders from across the U.S. before Edward challenges them to a car audio battle at a local car show. Highlighting the local flavor of the host builder’s region, judging the show will be a panel from the host’s own area. Edward must overcome the elite on their own turf.
Towards the end of our journey with Ed, he will come to his biggest challenge yet. He must now challenge the industry’s most prominent competitor, an internet legend in his own right. Showing off what this legend can do, Ed will have to upgrade while on the road using every trick he knows. The competition takes them to the largest showcase ever, SEMA. Ed must triumph here to finally realize his dream.

i would like it, even if it was just a show and say 2 builders went up against each other with the same car and same equipment. both builders/teams had a dead line to build a the best daily set up.....and if they were judged on looks, creativity, and numbers. NO FARTBOXES and stuff like that.
This sounds like a good idea I would watch it forsure.
yea... plus it would help people realize the right way to do shit............in the past 2 days i have heard why did you order 4 15s you should just get 1 mtx jackhammer those things are the loudest sub out right now ............and then the kid asked me if im doing a sealed or ported box and i said ported to 34 hz and he was like WHY?! sealed get soooo much louder! and then i said if they do why would everyone at comps run a ported box and he was like because its against the rules to have a sealed box!
im tired off hearing sooo much dumb shit! because shows like pimp my ride!

now this is making me think my next build is gonna be shitty cuz im planning to have the box sealed off from the trunk and port thru the rear deck, or would since the port is firing right into the back window it would be pretty good?
