these are car audio batteries. yes they will help light dimming. way better than a capacitor.

could be timing. and or if its fuel injection that could be a problem as well. injectors can be expensive

have 3 batcap batteries i have used them for 2 years. never had any problems with them. still floating at 13.5 im looking to get $175 plus shipping each. will have pics soon. pm if interested. bats floating at 13.5 not 13.1. they have a few scratches here and there but overall performance is good.
