i remember my old bos sold one staircase for 4300 and it had wood steps and some cables in the side for a handrail kinda weird lookin but deffinitly alot of money in this business. learn all you can one day that business is gonna be yours. im workin on getting my own shit soon.

your dad owns a steel company. i aint gonna put that on blast. i have done alot of work around here for other companies which i have no pictures of because back then i didnt care cause we did it everyday. try carrying a 20ft peice of 10" channel by yourself trust me i never said staircases were easy. dont take everything to heart. also installing and fabricating are 2 different things. i can install anything and i can fabricate anything in the feild, butg when you start fabricating custom stuff from scratch its no walk in the park. trust me ive welded for like 6 hours straight. it gets tiring. but if this stuff was easy everyone would be doing it.

jump in there and talk to the judge see what classes you can do and give it your all. i won a 3rd place my first show. its possible for any and everyone to win. determination and drive thats the key.

your best bet would be to holla at ol boy on auburn greenback kwik fix. he hooks it up tell them b with the blue tahoe with the 2 tone interior sent you over there. he will hook it up.

as soon as i read this topic the only thing i could think of was " we've all been getting rearended by the government since day one " that is all!

with this being said. become good homeboys with a badass box builder and or pay someone who knows how to build one. i myself am still learning how to build bandpass boxes. my buddy is pretty good at it. its like building a box inside of a box. its complexed. that statement usually takes care of it

dam wish i owned something like that at 17. yea i have Aa mayhems ( old btl ) all built up they slam on 3000 each all day. however i would recomend a bandpass box for that car ported through the decklid to reduce trunk rattle and get more sound in the car.

x2 on everything replied to this topic..... jack is one of the most positive people that comes to the shows. also he does try to hype it up as along with everyone. it is dying down here considering out last show there were about the same amount of people at the show that was talked about. EVERYONE needs to promote the show. i try and bring all my buddies who dont compete to the shows, some show up but most dont there just not into it and also they dont understand that ANYONE can bassrace. they always ask me " you won cause your the loudest?" i then have to explain it to them. maybe for some people its complicated. another reason is because the db drag rules were changed. i dont see not even half of the people who were competing last year. we had alot of good turnouts last year. and alot of good SACRAMENTO turnouts this year. the scene is dying down everyone needs to try and help as much as they can. also the paper trophies dosent help ill tell you that.
