Thanks man, yea my old box took up my backseat area anyway so I figured I might as well. A 160 would be crazy but I'm definitely not building this for numbers and only being on a single 40.1 I'm not going to have the power I'd need. Just about where the 4 18's was but atleast now I can play into mid 20's no problem like I wanted. All I need now is more power and I think I will be very happy. 1946 Chevy Panel Truck: For Sale 1999 Ford Explorer XLT Subs: Ten Obsidian Audio 15's Sub Amps: Five American Bass 120.1's Speakers: American Bass mids and selenium tweeters Speaker Amp: Mb Quart Dsc4125 Electrical: DC power 250amp alt, 6 batteries http://www.youtube.com/user/46panel

46panel
More powers gonna be the key. You think so? That's what I'm hoping for. I mean I have the 40.1 wired at like .8 ohm before rise and voltage drop so I'm guessing each sub is getting like 500 watts. For 1500 watt rms subs in a 4th order box I think they are definitely needing more. 1946 Chevy Panel Truck: For Sale 1999 Ford Explorer XLT Subs: Ten Obsidian Audio 15's Sub Amps: Five American Bass 120.1's Speakers: American Bass mids and selenium tweeters Speaker Amp: Mb Quart Dsc4125 Electrical: DC power 250amp alt, 6 batteries http://www.youtube.com/user/46panel
