Thanks man, yea my old box took up my backseat area anyway so I figured I might as well. A 160 would be crazy but I'm definitely not building this for numbers and only being on a single 40.1 I'm not going to have the power I'd need. Maybe someday tho :)

Looks great!

I know it's a little late now, but man, dropping the extra couple bucks on SPAX screws is worth it w/o a doubt. You can literally slam in 10 in the time it took you to do those 2 in that video ;)

Center is MDF the others are for wood.

Lol Im just horrible with a drill but appreciate the comments about the build.

really nice work man can't wait to see it done

Thanks.

I got it playing it's pretty loud but I'm not fully satisfied yet. It's about the same if not quieter then my old 4 18's no wall.

Yea shrinked the port some more and its louder then yesterday. Just about where the 4 18's was but atleast now I can play into mid 20's no problem like I wanted. All I need now is more power and I think I will be very happy.

More powers gonna be the key.

You think so? That's what I'm hoping for. I mean I have the 40.1 wired at like .8 ohm before rise and voltage drop so I'm guessing each sub is getting like 500 watts. For 1500 watt rms subs in a 4th order box I think they are definitely needing more.
