Could I use it as a starter battery and also a base for my electrical upgrade since I have 2 Shuriken BT35's in the back? Also, how do I check to make sure the bat is good before I buy it? BEEMDUB Posted March 21, 2012 Report Share Posted March 21, 2012 you would want to bring a DMM along and test its standing voltage to make sure its ok should be sitting around 12.6 or so....the redtop should be fine for a good battery as a starter.
