Subwoofers-Do they need to be broken in?

I had this same question a while back ..lemmie tell u what I noticed personally. Audio shops will tell you to take it easy for a while on the subs..but thats only to keep them from having to send em back if you blow them..the truth is if you have a safe amout of wattage for the subs and your gains are set properly with no clipping and you dont turn up the radio past the undistored volume you can play it as loud as you want with no problems straight out of the box. As long as yoy dbt pass the mac undistorted volume..yes they do break in..the suspension loosens up over time and use and will actually even get a little louder and deeper..

You need trunk space to get groceries and shit...bitches love groceries
