No one ever uses it haha. So ill try this out and see what happens. How's your truck? the dodge is doing good ordered 2 more re sx d2 and im thinking about running the new sundown scz 4000d to all 4 but thats gonna be awile cant wait to see how it comes out man 2 p2 10s is a good start Nice! I kinda miss running sundown. But I'm excited to see what these will do! Twostrokeking Posted October 12, 2014 Author Report Share Posted October 12, 2014 I woke up and got quite a bit done today! I am very pleased with the progress. I am also getting very excited. Here are some pics! Got the first sheet set up. Ready to start cutting. First I cut the top Then bottom All pieces cut Started assembling the port. All pieces were pre drilled and then glued with tight bond 2 This is one big ass port! For me at least. haha The masking tape on the edges is 3/4" wide. i just put it on there because it makes it easier to find the center of the board when pre drilling. Then I attached the back to the bottom Then the sides Then I cut the holes in the baffle and attached it. The whole front of the box in this picture is just sitting there so i could get an idea of how it would look. Keep in mind it will all be square and straight when im done The port will also have a nice round over as well as every corner of the box. sorry the picture is blurry. and here is the money shot.. it looks amazing in my opinion. I plan to resin the whole inside of the box and then paint it gloss white. Then on the front of the box on each side of the port will be a 3/4" thick piece of plexi glass. About the size of a piece of computer paper. Then the inside will be filled with Blue LEDS and vinyl fogged RF stickers will be placed on the plexi to make it look engraved. Thats all i got for today!
