Twostokekings 1995 Chevy K1500 4th order build! UPDATED BUILD PICS!!! 10/11/14!

Hell yeah! Keep it up. Them Rockfords look pretty good. What ended up causing the Sundowns to blow?

Thanks man! And I would say bottoming out. That box wasn't tuned right. The weird shape just made it too hard. They got hot and that was that haha.

There's no such thing as overkill when it comes to the electrical system. I say go for it!

^^^I concur.

No such thing as overkill when it comes to electrical distribution. :good:

Way too many people skimping on electrical and then blaming the components.

Is it better to run a ground straight to the battery from the Amps or to the frame/body?

As long as the cross sectional area of your conductor is sufficient to carry the current and the conductivity is similar to copper, it shouldn't matter.

A thick chassis like your truck should be fine, just make sure the wire/chassis connections are clean and solid.

Not sure about a fourth order, but I have heard a set of P2 12s in a ported enclosure in a GMT 400 and it got pretty damn loud. I say they should do pretty decent.
