By which I mean, this is an example.

120 db = loud exhaust

150 = .45 caliber pistol being fired

160 = f18 after burner on

170 s[ace shuttle taking off

180 = atomic bomb

you know what im saying =] I used to be in the navy on USS Nimitz the carrier.. an f18 is REALLY loud with the AB on. It shakes your guts in your body when your near em.. i was like 100 feet away and ready to poop myself.. Anyone got the chart?

Wow.. Ive been exposed to ALOT of 160+ db forces then.. Not to mention 1500 mph exhaust at the back of the jet. I had no idea it was that loud.. so 160+ is the flight deck. I want to bring that experience to the average joe whos never lived on an air port that floats. You know they fly at like 3am too? Whats funny is nobody wakes up when a jet lands or takes off.. not to mention the catapult slamming into the water brake. Thanks for the chart boss. =] Lemme know when you need them tires in the FL area.
