andym85
i would double layer the whole thing along with some threaded rod....just use a good wood glue and a FEW screws for the assembly, and you can go back and seal around all the edges with silicone, or if you plan using any resin or glass then that will work as well Quote i likes me some audio stuff... andym85
a good woodglue (titebond) will actually chemically bond the wood together and be much stronger than using liquid nails....a screw ever 5-6" i would say...but honestly once the glue is dry the screws really become useless..they are mainly there to hold the wood in place while the glue dries. and make sure you predrill your holes unless you want some ungodly wood splits...and i would also countersink them Quote i likes me some audio stuff... AI James
its pretty self explanitory. the threaded rod is used for bracing with nuts and washers the resin also seals seals and reinforces to a degree

Audiobahnaholic
If it was me I'd double up more than the top. As for the resin, yes you can brush it on and cover then in the corners you just tilt the box and pour it in to get the 45.
