dwright27 Posted December 9, 2008 Report Share Posted December 9, 2008 they put seats in the back so they can't compare it to a corvette comapring 2 totally different cars. 1st: the vette ( Z06 ) is $70K while the mach one is only around $20 for a great condition used one. 2nd: the vette has a 5.7 liter engine producing 505 HP ( Z06 ) while the mach 1 turns out about 305 @ 5800. 3rd: the vette weighs 3200 pounds as the mach one weighs in around 3500 i think. 4th: Not to mention the targa top.
