Boon Posted February 8, 2009 Report Share Posted February 8, 2009 A new battery won't do shit unless your voltage is dropping below ~12.4v Big 3 might help slightly, but yes, if you don't want ANY dimming, you have to get a new alt. When will people learn that adding more batteries won't stop dimming? FFS you could have 500 batteries but if you only have a 50A alt then when you pull more than 50A the damn lights will dim! 10.x volts fo' life!
