corona_jeff
I know charlie was using 2.25cu sealed and 4.5port per 3515 and had right around 270sq on the port and u seen how well that worked. I think your on the right track for the sealed side. Shrinking ported is the easy part if you can get inside.

zfrerichs
Shrinking the ported chamber will gain you bandwith but a larger front chamber will increase efficiancy of the woofers, but shorten bandwith. If you have a meter tune with that. Tuning to octaves works but it will not yeild the best score. Roseville, CA
rival904
So you think that both the chambers are to big? 2004 Yellow F150 STX 4x4 Single Cab 2 Yellow DC Power 270SP's Alts 4(and counting) XS Power 6500's 4 DD3515s Supercharged 53cu.ft 4th order blowthrough 8 DD M1b's 6 Selenium 8's 2 Selenium ST350s 154.1 @ 41hz Legal Burp Build Log

corona_jeff
Try it. Worst case its a fail and you will have to redo it. But Hell its the 3rd bandpass in there so you should be getting close on the design.
