It's probably taken at 14.4v... what kind of voltage do you have at your amp? If it's lower.. well then it's not gonna make 939 watts clean. But if you do have decent voltage... then following the formula... you should get 43.33v 14.34 idle, and around 14.1-14.2 when subs on 2006 Nissan Z Track.
