cris2216
right now i have 3 sony 1,300 watt subwoofers and i'm in the middle of making ideas on how big or how i will tune the box. here are my thoughts right now: box height: 16.5 inches width: 48 inches depth: 13 inches wood thickness:.75 port height: 15 inches port width: 2.5 inches L shape port: 4 inches port area: 41.25 Cubic ft before displacement:4.198 cubic ft per woofer:1.39 tuned frequency: 33hz will this be a good box for the sony's right now i have a box that i bought really cheap and it sounds terrible the lows you can barely hear them and it's probably tuned around 45ish, but i want it to hit some lows as well as highs(40hz-45hz) My amp is a sony 1300 watt mono amp but will be changing later to a hifonics brutus bxi1210d(http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_20598_Hifonics_BXI_1210D.aspx)
