Are your RCA's ran next to the power cable?

no they are on opposite sides of the car... but where the amp racks meet they are close.......im going to run out there and flip it around and see if thats my problem

Disconnect the RCA's, turn it on. If there is no more noise it's your RCA's if the noise persists, it's more than likely your ground.

ok i did that....but idk if that is going to tell me anything because all my speakers are hooked to the amp so i dont see how i would hear the noise if i unplugged them.....but i unplugged the rcas and there was no noise at all ....also i cleaned the rcas and hooked them up but now its very very little static but the music is hardly playing at all its like at level 2 when i have it turned up to 30.... subs work perfect and dont make noise and the rcas for them are ran right next to each other so idk what is going on........ also when i give it gas it makes a winding up nosie idk what could be causing this

ground is perfect i just redid it its flat on bare metal, everything is wired to a second battery in the back and everything is secure so plz is there anything else that could be the problem or how can i fix this!!!!!!!
