Torres Posted October 6, 2010 Report Share Posted October 6, 2010 its not that hard. read read read and the bigger you go the easier it is. we started with a 12 wento to a 37 a 55 and finally the 150. saltwaterfish.com and reefcentral.com are two excellent sources for info. Do not listen to your local fish store. they will tell you anything to make a sale. I have a 55 that I had a koi in for almost 6 years till he passed. I didn't think i would get attached to a fish till he was gone. The tank has been empty for about 6 months now, and I have been thinking of going to salt. It's a 55. Seams fish are like audio, everyone has a different opinion of whats the right way to go Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Seams fish are like audio, everyone has a different opinion of whats the right way to go no problem bill. my suggestion though for those converting a tank from fresh to saltwater is to make sure you rinse the ever living hell out of it. 55 is the perfect beginner size. soon oyu are going to want some cool ass expensive fish and stuff and want to upgrade. Dam n8 that fish looks bad ass looks badass thinks hes a badass but in reality hes a sissyy lol. he ate last night so thats always a good sign. hopefully he moves his burrow from the back corner of the tank to somewhere he can get food easier.
