I picked up some 1/4" aluminum yesterday and some Stainless Steel bolts.....hooked it up proper. Also primered and painted the amp rack black with a "hammered" finish. Im pretty happy with how it all came out. It was scrap aluminum so you know it was dirty.....i took some 100grit then 260 and cleaned it up nice. It dont need a mirror polish, brushed is fine for its purpose. Gotta do it proper or dont do it at all 16 of them took some time but its worth it in the end. Thats just the begining of the soldering ill be doing in this truck.
