trulywickedcustoms
I'm new to using routers for cutting holes out, I know I need a Jasper jig which I'll be purchasing through parts express.. What I don't know is what type, brand, or size router to purchase? I hear people talking about plunge routers (iv never heard of) and all that or can I use just a normal hand held router like Iv used for roundovers on port walls etc?? I'm not wanting to spend a lot but I'll be using it to cut out the triple baffle in my sub box thats 27 14" holes... Not good with a jig saw lol cutting through 3/4" birch Any help or advise or links! Would be great Thanks Blake *2013 NEW BUILD* 12- 18" Crossfire XS v2's B pillar 4th order wall 4- Crossfire 8K mono blocks 40+ pro audio mids tweeters and horns 3- Singer alternator 400a external regulated alts tons of audiotechnix wire 24- XS Power D1400's -TEAM XS POWER- -TEAM CROSSFIRE- -TDH-

Blackedout
Get a nice router. It'll pay for itself in the long run. Craftsman Pro. Get a sheet of MDF while you're at it and make your money back. http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=mdf+speaker+rings&_sacat=See-All-Categories Trunk Build Log
